German analyst study: Efecte receives top ratings

Munich, March 18th, 2019 - Efecte has been ranked number 6 out of 20 ITSM vendors in Germany in the recent 2019 market study by Research in Action (RIA). Of all suppliers, the Finnish Enterprise Service management (ESM) software provider achieved second-best score in the areas of customer satisfaction and value for money. 

The study confirms Efecte's approach of offering the same flexible platform for managing any service in an organization: 90% of survey respondents believe that the principle of IT service management can also be applied to other business processes (page 12). The respondents see that particularly HR, Finance or IT security are suitable areas for extending IT service management practices to enterprise services. 

More than 40% of mid-sized enterprises expect a good price/performance ratio (page 28) and are therefore perfectly well served by Efecte. 

About the ESM study by RIA 

In its annual market study’s 2019 edition, the German analyst firm Research in Action (RIA) again compares 20 software providers from the IT and Enterprise Service Management sector and explains trends and challenges in the industry. 750 IT managers responsible for budget decisions were interviewed for the study by telephone and online. They evaluated the individual providers based on specific criteria ranging from business strategy to delivery of solutions. These include factors like vision and marketing, company stability and implementation power, breadth and depth of the solution offering, market share and growth, and customer satisfaction.
