The 2019.4 release of the Efecte Platform is now available for all customers. With this release, we are introducing a great deal of new functionality that helps customers to digitalize and automate their business. The biggest news is the all-new Kanban Board with built-in workflow automation, the cornerstone of Agile Service Management. We have also implemented various features improving the user experience of different stakeholders. Finally, we have included a long list of developments aimed at increasing performance and quality.

Service Management Tool
Kanban Board: The Kanban-style of visualization of data in any template in the Efecte platform allows users to change values with drag&drop interactions. Any user can create their own Kanban Board while ranking remains consistent across templates. Users can choose to display supplementary information such as labels, assigned persons, and due time. Users can limit the number of Kanban cards per lane with Work-In-Progress settings. Workflow automation will be executed for all changes in the Kanban Board.
Agile Swarming: This new capability helps teams to effectively work together, for example in the case of major incidents. With this new mode, users can see other users who are working on the same issue. Comments can be added even if another user has locked the data card to themselves while editing. Changes to the data are auto-refreshed on every user's display in near real-time.
Filtering of Tips & Tricks by Role (Active Directory Group): Tips & Tricks articles can now be filtered according to the roles of the users expressed by AD groups. Content in the knowledge base can be shown to all or only a subset of users.
Drag & Drop of Service Offerings in the Administration UI: Administrators are now able to change the order of service offerings and problem domains with a drag & drop interaction.
Usability: Global search was moved to the page header, now making it available from any page.
Efecte Provisioning Engine
Creating New Users in AD by Workflow Automation: If the new Efecte Provisioning Engine is in use, then customers can create new users within the Active Directory using the orchestration node of our visual workflow engine, simplifying event-based provisioning.
Updating Users Information in AD by Workflow Automation: If the new Efecte Provisioning Engine is in use, then customers can update a user's information in the Active Directory using the orchestration node of our visual workflow engine.
