Efecte helps major Swedish customer tackle the GDPR challenge

Efecte Plc’s international business gains more momentum in Sweden, as the company signs a deal with Swedish provider of Human Resources (HR) solutions and services. The customer wants to support its own rapid growth with Efecte’s flexible and scalable, cloud-based Enterprise Service Management solution.

“Efficiently managing work in different departments and meeting requirements of the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) remains a challenge for many European organizations. Our Efecte Edge Platform is the only Enterprise Service Management solution with embedded identity management, which was important for this customer”, says Efecte Plc’s CEO Sakari Suhonen.

The solution will help coordinating tasks and responsibilities of different departments and employees within the customers’ organization. Their aim is to deploy the solution for all employees during 2018.

“We are committed to simplifying the complex world of IT for our European clients. In this case, Efecte’s solution will streamline the administration of incidents and service requests. The platform will also be used in project management for example when on-boarding a new customer”, Suhonen continues.
