Cloud software company Efecte has signed a major deal with one of Germany’s largest hospitals. Efecte delivers a solution to the organization for service management and asset management. The customer will also be taking advantage of Efecte’s easy-to-use self-service portal that allows its professionals independently request for help and seek resolutions to their problems.
In the first phase, Efecte’s solution will serve the customer’s IT needs, but the plan is to ultimately expand usage to medical experts, too. Because most of the users of the tool will eventually not be IT professionals but medical experts, usability and self-service functionality played a major role in solution selection. With Efecte’s solution, the emphasis will be on excellent request fulfillment, complemented with billing through customer’s SAP ERP system.
