Tikkurila started working with Efecte in 2016. Since then they have been able to adopt more common processes throughout the organization regardless of country. Employees and management have access to the self-service platform, which is used for a variety of purposes such as controlling employment-related information and supply chains. Employees can quickly file reports or create tickets, which will then be processed efficiently.
